I went to Berwick Service Station for some body repair to the rear quarter panel. Martyn did the quote and conveyed that this would not be an issue and they will be able to make it look new again. I have collected the car today and can not believe how much better it now looks and you can not see any evidence of this being repaired.I would highly recommend Berwick Service Station and will most indefinitely be using them in the future for all motor needs.Even got a courtesy car while my car was in the garage so it didn't effect work or my plans.Throughout the whole process everyone has been very friendly and always had a smile on their faces.

Close by Berwick Railway Station there is a gem called Berwick Service Station. Despite living close by for many years I've used garages close to . my workplace. However, earlier this year I had serious engine failure nearby to Berwick Service Station. I was greeted in reception with a smile and immediately felt comfortable leaving my vehicle. They completed a major job to my entire satisfaction. Recently, an unfortunate shunt demanded another visit to this gem in Berwick and a lovely smile by Mary-Ann at reception. I had noticed some very posh expensive cars on their premises and was aware of their body workshop. George, their bodywork specialist viewed the damage to my vehicle and cheerfully conveyed 'no problem'. In record time my car was ready for collection and I was truly gobsmacked on seeing the superb workmanship both on bodywork and final paint finish. A truly professional piece of work by a craftsman.Look, I've told you about this gem, but don't go waffling to your mates in the pub about it.

The listing description isn't accurate, this is a garage providing full mechanical services. After a recent breakdown not covered by Green Flag, I had my car towed within two hours of my initial enquiry and the issue was quickly resolved. After discovering their prices for a full service are cheaper than our normal garage we've decided to give Berwick Motor Services our business in future. We feel confident of a fair price and quality service. Excellent customer service, highly recommended

These people are super good, their work is commendable and without doubt reccomend. The adage being that you pay for what you get, and I shall go and get every time.

Richard and the team are trustworthy, diligent, knowledgable and highly skilled. They have not let me down and have been able to help at very short notice. I happily take my cars from Eastbourne to Berwick rather than choose a more local garage.
